I think Thor would win too. He is pretty unbeatable, but could someone out smart him? I know Hulk couldn't, but what about Reed or something? Could Dr.Strange banish him to another planet?

Thor all the way. If Hulk wants a real fight he can go see Crunk from the Justice Friends. Thor isnt boring either. He is a god therefore he fights godly foes....not big dumb Hulks.
think about it if thor beat hulks ass in minutes like he would if they did fight it would have killed the climatic ending in the ultimate avengers they couldnt have that
Actually, Hulk has beaten Thor when he was at his strongest (Thor, not Hulk. The hulk i think you are talking about has no strength limits. There are a few that have limits, but most don't. Some are just slower in getting the power). Beyond that, in the marvel universe, the Asgardians aren't immortal, and thus killable, but a race of super-humans, like the Olympians. Now, if Thor got in the first punch on a just transformed/about to turn to banner hulk and said hit was powerful enough to kill the hulk (very hard, even when he is relatively calm), then he would win. But that is unlikely.
The avenger movie was cool, but you have to remember that Thor was kicking The Hulk's butt the whole time. Hulk couldn't even land a single punch on Thor. Thor did not get hit at all until the Hulk picked up a tank and swung it at him causes Thor to drop his hammer. Hulk thenpicked it up and threw it at Thor's head. It was written like this to keep the fight going on with the other avengers. In a real fight, Thor can just stay in the sky and rain thunder bolts and The Hulk all day long until Hulk turned back into Banner. Then it would be a easy win, The Mighty Thor the victor hands down.
Godblast would kill Hulk at full on rage. Hulk would be DEAD. Stan Lee said that Thor could kill the Hulk very easily if he was not concerned about harming Banner. 'Nuff Said!

I'm going with Thor too, but doesn't Hulk just get stronger and more pissed off with each blow? I guess even then he couldn't contend with a god.
