I guess this could've just as well been Luthor himself with Green Lantern's ring, and although that probably would've looked funnier, I wouldn't have been able to draw Hal (rhymes with Mal) and I wouldn't have been able to write forty contractions in one long run-on sentence.
Galactus, because Luthor's brain lacks the moral integrity required to operate the ring. also, i'm sure that galactus could use the yellow stuff behind him to his advantage.
I don't know about the moral integrity thing, because Sinestro was once a heroic Green Lantern before he became evil. So....wait.
Luthor is already evil and 'nestro wasn't when he originally got the ring, so I guess that does cancel Luthor out.
I vote for the one they call GALACTUS!
I think the guidelines for this fight is that Luthor WOULD be able to operate the ring and/or that Hal Jordan with the Intellect of Lex...
So let's start over...
