I'm going with Dr.McCoy. I think DD would give him a run for his money, but for my money, Beast would outsmart him and teach him how to align the Ds on his chest so that they're side by side. His emblem is an insult to emblem wearing superheroes everywhere.
I wouldn't go ragging on a blind man for having overlapping letters on his costume. although it would be funny if his costume was absolutely awful looking (the yellow and black one made more sense in that respect).
