Damn this is tough. I know Thing has been at it longer, but I think if we're talking post Shatterstar death, then Petey might take him. That was a really major moment in his life that awakened a much more vicious dude than his former self.
I don't recall Benjy ever killing anyone, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't if his life depended on it, but I'm going with Colossus. I think he's a lot more vicious than Thing.
