I would say that Skeletor would kill that cobra commander. He's got that sword with magical lights in it and they both have a ton of minions to order around. I don't even remember what the cobra commander brings to the table. he's got that bee mask, which is pretty cool, but does he fight with a chainsaw or an aluminum bat or a demonic dog that he telepathically sics on unsuspecting enemies??? I just don't remember. plus my mom wouldn't let me have any G.I. Joes, but I had every masters of the universe character. so i pick Skeletor.
Hey - remember how the he-man action figure had one half of the sword and skeletor had the other half but they didn't do that on the show? Remember how all of the figures looked like they were constipated?
Cartoon Cobra Commander would get his ass handed to him by Skeletor. However, comic book Cobra Commander is a complete bad ass and Skeletor wouldn't stand a chance. I mean, he effin' locked his own son in a buried ship and finished burying it in rubble...after having kicked a puppy earlier in the day. I consider THIS Cobra Commander the real one as the cards on the toys were written by the guy who wrote the comics.
Im going with Skeletor. He has stated on the show that "My powers are beyond your comprehension". This leads me to believe hes holding back something wicked badass. Both are surrounded with incompetent minions, so i think it would be up to them to duel.

SKELETOR is all powerful... Cobra Commander is a pussy compared to his might.
