Batman has a lot in common with Vampires. They both only come out at night and they're both scary dudes. However, this particular Batman doesn't look too mean and bad assey, so I'm tempted to go with Blade. However ~ if Batman can survive the Joel Schumacher movies, he can survive Blade.
I say Bats cleans his clock with enough time to go back to the Wayne Foundation benefit for the homeless party and sip champagne with the ladies until he's called on again.

Batman figured out how to and proved he could kill Superman. I think he can handle third-rate Blade.
