it's easy to fall into the "I know he has no real 'powers,' but surely Cap/Batman could find a way out of any pickle!" trap, but in this case, the Doctors are IN. (sorry) Depending on his mood, the Hulk is either insanely smart or insanely powerful. Dr. Strange not only has ass-loads of magic, but also that "je-ne-sais-quois" leadership vibe that usually makes us root for physical underdogs like Cap and 'Man.
My money is on the table for Strange & Hulk. Actually my money was on the table anyway for a pizza I just ordered so if CA & Batman happen to win, you will have to take that up with the pizza delivery guy...

Anybody who has the hoary hosts of hoggoth on his side is going to win. This one is Hulk and Stevie all the way.
It would be cool if Dr.Strange sent Batman and Cap into some kind of Secret Wars-ish planet where they had to fight to the finish. Strange would get extra points for that.
