talking is pretty important, and I doubt Bottom Gone would really be capable in any understandable way. Top Gone still has his eye balls, but I bet it'd hurt not being able to blink.
I think my eyeballs would get a bit chapped having the top gone, but i think it would be beter then having all sorts of stuff crawl into/fall out of your mouth. Plus you wouldnt need haircuts.
