I'm pretty sure that Peter stays away from alcohol, and Mr.Marko has probably downed a couple of kegs buy the time this fight started, so I don't know if that would slow Juggernaut down or not, but it's something to consider.
I have this issue, and I thought about re-reading it to see what happened, but I figured that might sway my opinion. So I'm going with Colossus.
Juggernaut wasted him easier than I can waste hard liquor
