Niteowl does have more experience and he has worked with a total psycho (Rorschach) for years. So I don't know if he picked up some level of craziness from being with him for so long, but that might help.
But in the end, I do think Beetle would be the victor. But I think that Niteowl would put up a fight alot longer than you might think he would.
