They're both hot heads, Green Arrow wins this one simply because he's older, therefore he's been around the block alot more than Jason.
Jason does fight interplanetary evil, but so does Green Arrow in The JLA. Jason can fly, but on numerous occasions GA has nailed any number of flying villains.
